Chelsea played out a 2-2 draw with Sheffield United at Bramall Lane on Sunday.

Chelsea were overwhelming favourites to win this game, and took the lead twice. The Blues eventually conceded a goal in stoppage time to share the points.

Pochettino has said the club must identify the problem and bring a solution during the summer transfer market.

“It is a normal process that has happened,” Pochettino said after the game.

“We need to accept, working and trying to fix this type of problem. Always when the end of the season arrives, we need to analyse the squad and what we are missing to try to add people with the capacity to provide what we are seeing today, to improve in the next seasons.

“It’s about to identify the profile. We are learning how the players need to learn our demands from the coaching staff. It’s always a process to build and have the capacity to take a decision, but the right decision, and one you have to agree with the coaching staff, the sporting directors and the owners. Otherwise it is not easy to improve.”
