Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has stated that the Stamford Bridge side made a huge mistake releasing Kepa Arrizabalaga.

According to Courtois, the Blues will regret the action as the quality of Kepa cannot be underestimated.

Kepa is currently on loan with Real Madrid following Thibaut Courtois’ knee injury, which has ruled him out of the season.

Courtois said: “I think Chelsea made a mistake with this guy.

“He is an excellent goalkeeper who is very strong. I have no doubt that he is one of the top five best goalkeepers in the world at the moment.”
