According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Italian club AC Milan consider Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek as a priority target this summer.

Romano tweeted: “AC Milan consider Ruben Loftus-Cheek as a priority target, talks will continue soon with Chelsea and also player’s camp. RLC, keen on the move.

“Understand it’d be a permanent move with clubs in talks over crucial details of the deal.”
