According to El Nacional via GOAL, Chelsea are looking to offer a fee of £60million for the arrival of Paris Saint-Germain winger Neymar next season.

Despite scoring 18 goals and providing 17 assists in all competitions for PSG this season, PSG want to reportedly get rid of the Brazilian winger.
