Chelsea beat Middlesbrough 6-1 in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final clash at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues were 4-0 ahead at half-time, and this afforded Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino the opportunity to bring on academy graduate Leo Castledine, in the second-half.
John Terry who has worked with the academy in a mentorship role is clearly a fan of the 18-year-old attacking midfielder.
Terry was glad to see Castledine make his Blues debut, and has backed him to go on and have a good career. According to Terry, ‘he’s like a magnet in the box’.
“Congratulations Leo,” Terry tweeted.
“Love him and so will the Chelsea fans, he is like a magnet in the box.”
Leo poses good potentials
Low is good. He is going to be a great midfielder in the future.
Up the blues I wish him success in his career.
