Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino revealed after the 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa on Sunday that the owners are disappointed with the results so far this season.
Despite the disappointing results so far, Pochettino has urged Chelsea owners Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital to support the plan.
Pochettino said: “Yes, of course the owners are disappointed — but at the same time they need to support the plan.
“We have the squad we have, we need try to build the confidence and give them all of the support they need.”
Chelsea have just five points from six Premier League games so far this season and have scored just five goals in the Premier League this season.
It’s not about five points, I’m so much in support of this project. Come on, it is only a fool that will be doubting this wonderful project. Killer squad, I see Champion not a loser. This is the best team we ever assembled for a very long time now. That’s when you take out Sterling though..
Maybe, play some kind of, 433 or 442 formation. Sterling should be drop, Palmer should be introduce in his place.. I rest my case..
