Chelsea produced their best performance of the season, as the Blues defeated Everton 6-0 at Stamford Bridge on Monday night

In-form Chelsea star Cole Palmer described the night as “perfect” on social media with Jackson – who’s now on 13 goals for the season – reposting his goal to Instagram.

Noni Madueke sent a subtle message about what happened amidst the penalty incident. He simply published a blue loveheart post with a photo of the team in a huddle, with arms around one another.

For Madueke, it was the first time he had started consecutive league games all season.

Thiago Silva meanwhile congratulated Alfie Gilchrist on his first senior goal, writing on his story: “First pro goal. Congrats @alfie.gilchrist!” with the youngster reposting it to his own account story. Silva also posted a photo on his main feed, stating: “Magical night at the Bridge. See you on Saturday!”

Raheem Sterling who missed the game through illness sent a two-word message to Palmer, writing: “too cold”, with an icy-face emoji.

Marc Cucurella simply wrote: “Solid win” alongside a photo of him shaking the hand of Palmer with his head bowed, to which the goalscorer replied: “Brother [blue loveheart emoji].”

Taking to X, Romeo Lavia teased Palmer as he wrote: “[two crying with laughter emojis and a blue heart emoji] This is getting stupid now! MR COLD PALMER.”
