Former Chelsea midfielder Denis Zakaria has joined French club Monaco on a five year contract from Italian side Juventus.

The 26 year old Switzerland international midfielder spent last season on loan at Chelsea from Juventus.

At Monaco, Zakaria reunites with former manager Adi Hütter. The pair have previously worked together at Young Boys and then later at Borussia Mönchengladbach. 

The transfer fee has not been disclosed, but according to Get French Football News, is thought to be worth around €20m.
