Mauricio Pochettino has made three changes to the side beaten 5-0 by Arsenal on Wednesday.

Trevoh Chalobah and Thiago Silva replace Alfie Gilchrist and Axel Disasi in defence, while Cole Palmer has recovered from illness and replaces Enzo Fernandez.

Fernandez is out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery on a groin injury.
