Chelsea set to negotiate with club for midfielder. Personal terms not an issue – Fabrizio Romano reveals

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed Chelsea are set to commence negotiations with Brighton for Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Romano said: “Chelsea are set to open talks with Brighton for Moisés Caicedo as negotiations between clubs starting within 24/48h.

“Personal terms, not as issue — now Chelsea prepared to ‘attack’ the deal. Never easy or fast negotiations with Brighton. Chelsea, on it.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has agreed personal terms with Italian club AC Milan and is really excited about joining the Italian side, according to Romano.

Romano said: “Understand AC Milan and Chelsea are closing in on Ruben Loftus Cheek deal for €16m fee plus €4m add-ons, this is the final package.

“Personal terms agreed, RLC understood to be really excited about joining Milan. Final details discussed then… here we go.”
