Former Brazil midfielder Juninho Pernambucano has given his verdict on new Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos.
Chelsea have reached an agreement with Vasco da Gama to sign the 18 year old Brazilian midfielder and he is currently in London to undergo his Chelsea medical.
Juninho Pernambucano on Chelsea’s new signing Andrey Santos: “I’ve never seen a player, at 18, as ready as he is.
“Physically, he’s a beast, technically he’s on a high level. He’s not going to be better than me, he’s going to be much better than me.”
Meanwhile, the Blues have reached an agreement with AS Monaco for the transfer of the 21 year old France international centre-back Benoit Badiashile.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Badiashile has already said goodbye to his Monaco teammates and will travel to London to undergo his Chelsea medical on Monday.
The 21 year old centre-back will sign a long-term contract with Chelsea until June 2029 with the Blues paying Monaco €38million for his transfer.
