According to journalist Simon Phillips, Chelsea have been scouting Napoli duo Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Both players have been in fine form for Napoli this season and Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly is reportedly keen on bringing the duo to Stamford Bridge next summer.

Speaking to Givemesport, Simon Phillips said: “Chelsea have scouted Osimhen for years now under the previous ownership and have pondered a move before.

“I’m told that recently, scouting missions for Napoli have reignited at Chelsea, and Osimhen in particular was one of the players being watched, as well as winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.”

Osimhen has scored 9 goals in 12 appearances for Napoli this season while Kvaratskhelia has 8 goals in 17 appearances for Napoli.
