Stan Collymore has dropped his prediction for Manchester United vs Chelsea later on Wednesday night.

The Blues will travel to take on an underperforming Man United side at Old Trafford in what is arguably the most interesting fixture of the week.

Chelsea are currently five points behind Erik ten Hag’s men, and could see that gap drop to just two points if they pull off an away win against them.

The Red Devils are however, unbeaten in their last 11 matches against Chelsea, although Collymore thinks Mauricio Pochettino can guide his side to a 2-1 win away from home.

“United are unbeaten in their last 11 against Chelsea, but Chelsea have won three of the last four away,” the pundit told talkSPORT on Tuesday.

“Could this be the straw that breaks Ten Hag’s back and moves Chelsea back into believing again. If I’m right, the answer will be yes. Manchester United 1-2 Chelsea.”

Chelsea will be without some of their key players for the trip to Man United, including Conor Gallagher, Christopher Nkunku and Noni Madueke.
