According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Portuguese giants Porto have twice enquired about signing Chelsea’s Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos on loan.

However, the Blues are yet to make a decision on the Brazilian midfielder as Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino wants to access him during pre-season.

Romano tweeted: “Porto appreciate Andrey Santos since January, they asked for him twice — but at the moment there’s no agreement with Chelsea.

“Porto like Andrey and they’d love to have him on loan but Chelsea have not decided anything. Pochettino will see him in pre season then decide.”
