According to The Sun via Sky Sports, incoming Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has told Chelsea owner Todd Boehly to sign Brentford goalkeeper David Raya and Brentford striker Ivan Toney.
The report adds: “Mauricio Pochettino has already got his Chelsea transfer plans in the works as he targets Brentford players David Raya and Ivan Toney as well as a new deep-lying midfielder.
“Toney has scored 19 league goals this term and ranks behind only Erling Haaland and Harry Kane in the scoring charts, but he also provides an ice-cool penalty technique, serious aerial presence and defends from the front – while also dropping into deeper pockets.
“Raya has played every minute of every league game for the Bees this season and has made a league-topping 136 saves, with his current deal expiring next summer.”
