Chelsea legend Frank Leboeuf has revealed the huge problem Mauricio Pochettino will face as Chelsea manager.

“How [the next Chelsea manager] can handle the situation that seems to be unbearable at the moment?” Leboeuf told ESPN FC.

“With all the talents that you can have, how do you deal with [30+ players] that Thiago Silva talked about?

“How do you sell the players on high wages, and how do you choose the ones you want to keep on top of possibly signing two or three players?”
