Chelsea boss has handed starts to Andrey Santos and Jorrel Hato for injured duo Cole Palmer and Wesley Fofana in two changes from the defeat at Manchester United last weekend.

Joao Pedro is set for a start against his former club, while Romeo Lavia is back from injury and is on the bench.
