Chelsea fans had their first glimpse of Brazilian wonderkid Estevão Willian in blue – and he didn’t disappoint. Making his debut in a pre-season friendly against Bayer Leverkusen, the 18-year-old marked the occasion with a goal that helped secure a 2-0 victory for Enzo Maresca’s side.

“It was amazing. You’ve seen the Joga Bonito he played? He’s a great player with so many skills and attributes. It was really good to watch him play today,” Bynoe-Gittens said after the match.
