Chelsea winger Noni Madueke is edging towards a move to Chelsea rivals Arsenal.

In a surprising twist, Madueke has already agreed terms with the Gunners.

“Noni Madueke agrees personal terms with Arsenal,” The Athletic’s David Ornstein confirmed the ongoing reports.

It seems Madueke isn’t in Enzo Maresca’s plans for the season. The England international was a second-half substitute in the game against Palmeiras.

In an interview with reporters, Enzo Maresca said after the game: “Noni has been very important for us this season. Again today, he was important. But my message to the players and the club is that I only want players in the team who are happy to be here. Those who are not happy are free to leave.

“This is not specifically about Noni — it applies to all our players. But I repeat, Noni has been very good throughout the season and very good tonight.”
