Jamie Gittens first words as a Chelsea player. See what he has to say

Chelsea have confirmed their fifth signing of the summer.

The Blues have officially confirmed the signing of England Under-21 international Jamie Bynoe-Gittens from Borussia Dortmund, making him the club’s fifth signing of the summer.

The 20-year-old winger arrives for a fee of £48.5 million, with an additional £3.5 million in performance-related add-ons, and has signed a long-term contract keeping him at Stamford Bridge until June 2032.

Gittens expressed his excitement about joining the Blues, saying, “It feels great. It’s a great feeling to join such a big club as Chelsea.

“Can’t wait to learn from everyone in the team and to push myself to the max here. It’s an amazing feeling.”

Gittens will join the Chelsea squad in the US before going on holiday and then beginning pre-season.
