‘It doesn’t mean anything to me’ – Cole Palmer on winning the Champions League with Man City

Cole Palmer has a Champions League medal, after winning the competition with Manchester City as a youth player.

However, Cole Palmer has said he doesn’t feel like a Champions League winner, despite having the medal, as he didn’t really contribute to the team’s success.

Now a key member of the Chelsea first-team, Palmer who recently won the Conference League with Chelsea, said: “I don’t feel like a Champions League winner, if I’m being honest.

“It doesn’t really mean anything to me. People say it, but I weren’t involved.

“Obviously I played in the group stage and stuff like that, but it’s not the same, is it?”
