On June 4th, 2012, Chelsea completed the signing of Belgian sensation Eden Hazard from Lille for £32million — a move that would go on to define an era at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard quickly became a fan favourite with his dazzling dribbles, match-winning moments, and unshakable flair. Over seven seasons in west London, he scored 110 goals in 352 appearances and cemented his status as one of the greatest players in Chelsea history.
During his time with the Blues, Hazard lifted two Premier League titles, two Europa League trophies, one FA Cup, and one League Cup before departing for Real Madrid in 2019.
Today marks 13 years since that iconic transfer — and Chelsea fans still fondly remember the magic he brought to the Bridge.
