AC Milan have set a €30million asking price for goalkeeper Mike Maignan amid growing interest from Chelsea, according to renowned transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

The 29-year-old France international has just one year left on his contract at the San Siro and is yet to agree an extension — prompting Milan to consider a summer sale rather than risk losing him for free in 2026.

Chelsea are in talks to sign Maignan as they continue reshaping their squad under head coach Enzo Maresca. Despite already having five goalkeepers — including Robert Sanchez, Djordje Petrovic, and Filip Jorgensen — the Blues view Maignan as a top candidate to become their new No.1.

Maignan boasts an impressive résumé, having won Ligue 1 with Lille in 2021 and Serie A with Milan in 2022. He was also named in the Euro 2024 Team of the Tournament after a string of standout performances for France.

If Chelsea meet Milan’s €30m valuation, Maignan could soon be heading to west London as part of a major summer overhaul.
