Enzo Maresca believes Chelsea have had a good season, regardless of the highs and lows.

Chelsea have the opportunity to finish in a Champions League spot and also win the Conference League. And for Maresca, it’s been a  good season so far.

On whether the team has overachieved this season, Maresca added: “I said many times already that I think we have a good season.

“That can become a very good season if we are able to finish top five and also if we are able to win the Conference League.”

Maresca believes finishing in the top five and winning the Conference League will be a very good season.

On Chelsea’s reputation to win trophies, he said: “Yeah, but not in the last two years. It’s different. In the last two years, 12th and 6th.

“This is not a title. So it’s not about 10 years ago, 15 years ago.”
