Chelsea play host to Manchester United tonight. It’s an important game for Chelsea in their quest for a Champions League slot, while for Manchester United, it’s a game of pride and to also build momentum ahead of their Europa League final clash against Tottenham.

Ruben Amorim has backed his decision to name a strong starting XI for the penultimate Premier League clash against Chelsea.

Amorim has said he has no regrets: “It’s not that [experimenting], it’s just looking at the team and Chelsea and focusing on this game.

“Then we have time to prepare for the final. As the manager, I’ve chose a strong team to win the game.

“The biggest problems we’ve had this season is on training.

“We had Amad Diallo [injury] in training and also with Kobbie Mainoo. We never know where the danger is but we have time to recover [for the final] so let’s compete.”
