
Andrey Santos has expressed his readiness to make an impact at Chelsea, despite his current focus being on finishing the season strongly with Strasbourg.
The young loanee spoke about his plans for the future, stating that his potential move to Stamford Bridge will be discussed at the end of the season.
“Am I ready for Chelsea? Yes, but the two clubs and my agent will discuss it at the end of the season,” Santos said.
For now, the Brazilian is fully committed to Strasbourg’s goal of finishing the season on a high note. With just seven games left in the campaign, Santos remains determined to help his team achieve their objectives. “Our goal is to finish as high as possible,” he added.
Santos also emphasised the importance of unity within the squad as Strasbourg pushes for a top finish. “But we must remain united, qualifying for the Champions League would be a great achievement for us and for our fans.”
The 19-year-old midfielder has impressed during his time in Ligue 1 this season, netting an impressive nine goals. His performances have caught the eye, and Chelsea are reportedly keen on integrating him into their first-team squad for next season. Meanwhile, it’s believed that Mathys Amougou will be heading in the opposite direction to continue his development at Strasbourg.
