It has been three months since Mykhailo Mudryk’s reported positive doping test rocked the football world, yet there has been little clarity on his situation.

Despite the initial uproar, there has been an eerie silence from all parties involved, leaving fans and pundits in the dark about what comes next.

The Ukrainian winger remains in limbo, as the Football Association (FA) has yet to formally charge him or provide any updates on the matter. Mudryk has consistently maintained his innocence, insisting that he never knowingly took any banned substances.

According to recent reports, Chelsea are still waiting for the result of Mudryk’s B sample, which was expected in January. In the meantime, the club has provided him with an individual fitness program to ensure he stays in shape, but he remains barred from training at Cobham.

Even Enzo Maresca, Chelsea’s head coach, has no clarity on the situation. The Italian tactician’s last update on the issue was simply: “No news.”

With no clear timeline for a resolution, speculation continues to grow. Will Mudryk be cleared of any wrongdoing, or will he face disciplinary action? For now, the silence surrounding his case remains one of the biggest mysteries in football.
