Enzo Maresca’s tactical approach demands a goalkeeper comfortable with the ball at his feet, making Verbruggen an ideal candidate. The Brighton shot-stopper is known for his composure in possession and ability to play out from the back. Meanwhile, Suzuki, currently at Parma, and Carnesecchi, the Atalanta standout, have impressed in Serie A and are on Chelsea’s radar.
