Chelsea have been dealt another injury setback as winger Noni Madueke is set to be sidelined for around four weeks with a hamstring injury, according to The Telegraph.

Madueke sustained the injury during Chelsea’s 3-0 defeat to Brighton in the Premier League last week and is now expected to return after the March international break.

His absence further depletes Chelsea’s attacking options, with Mykhailo Mudryk still unavailable. This leaves the Blues with only Pedro Neto and Jadon Sancho as senior wingers, while young Tyrique George emerges as an alternative option.

The setback comes at a crucial time for Chelsea as they push to solidify their position in the league and maintain their ambitions across competitions. The club will now have to rely on their available attacking options until Madueke and Mudryk return to action.
