Joao Felix has reiterated his desire to remain at AC Milan beyond his initial six-month loan from Chelsea, further fuelling speculation about his long-term future.

The Portuguese forward, who joined Milan on deadline day in the winter transfer window, has made an immediate impact, scoring on his debut in a Coppa Italia clash against Roma.

Speaking to Milan TV, Felix expressed his openness to staying at San Siro beyond the agreed loan period.

“For now, it’s just six months, but you never know in football,” he said, hinting at the possibility of a prolonged spell with the Rossoneri.

Felix has settled in quickly at Milan and has praised the club’s warm atmosphere, acknowledging the support he has received since his arrival. “The team gave me a warm welcome, and I want to help the team and excite the fans,” he added.

Milan do not currently have an option to make the move permanent, meaning any potential transfer would require negotiations with Chelsea. However, Felix’s comments suggest he is open to continuing his journey in Italy, leaving the door open for further discussions in the coming months.
