Chelsea loanee Renato Veiga claims he has been enjoying life since leaving Chelsea

Chelsea loanee Renato Veiga is settling in well at Juventus and has already made three appearances for the Italian giants. The 21-year-old, who joined Juve on loan during the January transfer window, has spoken about how smoothly his transition has been and the positive atmosphere in the squad.

“It’s still very new. The team welcomed me very well,” Veiga told Sky Italia.

“The players are warm and welcoming, and we are a very good and solid group with a good atmosphere, which is very important.”

Veiga also expressed his admiration for Juventus’ rich history and the legendary players who have represented the club, including fellow Portuguese stars.

“Everyone knows Juventus for their history and the amazing players who have played here, including Portuguese players. I knew a lot of things. I also followed the team because there are players I look up to.”

Despite his promising start in Turin, Veiga remains focused on taking things one step at a time.

“I am somebody who thinks game after game, in the present, and that’s the most important thing,” he added.

With Veiga enjoying his time at Juventus, Chelsea fans will be keen to see how he develops during his loan spell and whether he has a future at Stamford Bridge upon his return.
