Chelsea have climbed back into the Premier League’s top four, securing fourth place with a two-point cushion over Manchester City following the 2-1 win over West Ham.
Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo has shared his thoughts on this crucial achievement and the team’s determination moving forward.
“It was really important to get back into the top four,” Caicedo reflected. “We are in the fourth position and we are happy.”
However, the Ecuadorian international made it clear that Chelsea are not resting on their laurels. “We want to keep working hard to keep ourselves up there, that’s it,” he emphasised.
Caicedo also highlighted the role of recent victories in boosting team morale. “We always get more confidence when we win a game, it’s very important for us to get the confidence higher,” he said.
With the team riding high, Caicedo concluded on a positive note: “The team is so happy, now we’re going to keep working hard to stay there.”
Chelsea fans will be hoping this momentum carries the Blues through the rest of the season, as the club looks to solidify their position among England’s elite.
