Chelsea defender Levi Colwill was at fault for West Ham’s opening goal in their Premier League clash, as his misplaced pass led to Jarrod Bowen finding the net in the 42nd minute.

Attempting to play the ball from the flank back into the center, Colwill’s pass was intercepted by Bowen, who wasted no time in capitalising on the mistake to put the Hammers 1-0 ahead.

The Chelsea defender immediately protested to the referee, arguing that Mohammed Kudus had fouled him in the build-up. However, the officials saw no infringement, and the goal stood.

It was a frustrating moment for Chelsea, who now faced an uphill battle to recover from Colwill’s costly error.

Thankfully, a strong push in the second-half saw Chelsea come from behind to win the game 2-1.
