Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has urged fans to stand by the team as the Blues prepare for their upcoming Premier League clash against West Ham.

With questions surrounding goalkeeper Robert Sánchez and concerns over fan reactions, Maresca emphasised the importance of unity and backing from the supporters.

“The only thing I can say is that we need the fans. We need them, the players need them,” Maresca stated.

He acknowledged that dissatisfaction among fans is natural but stressed the need for belief in the club’s long-term vision.

“Understanding that sometimes, for different reasons, they cannot be happy with the players or with the manager in general. But for sure, we need their support because they have to trust our direction,” he added.

With Chelsea aiming for consistency under Maresca, the manager hopes the Stamford Bridge faithful will continue to rally behind the team, regardless of individual performances.
