Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has reiterated his confidence in Alejandro Garnacho despite persistent rumours linking the young winger to Chelsea and Napoli.

“He is our player, and I am really happy with Garnacho,” Amorim told TNT Sports before Manchester United’s clash with Fulham.

The Argentine winger has been a standout performer recently, and Amorim is keen to continue his development under his watchful eye. “He is improving a lot, and I think he had a very good game last Thursday,” the manager said.

Despite the transfer speculation, Garnacho’s inclusion in the starting lineup against Fulham speaks volumes about Amorim’s faith in the 19-year-old. Garnacho forms a formidable front three alongside Amad Diallo and Rasmus Hojlund, showcasing his importance to the team.

As interest from Chelsea and Napoli grows, Amorim emphasised Garnacho’s readiness and value to the squad: “He is a young kid, so he can recover very well, so he is prepared for this game. We want to use all of the talent of Garnacho to help us win.”

Chelsea fans will be watching this situation closely, but Amorim’s firm stance suggests that prying Garnacho away from Manchester United might not be an easy task.
