Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has shut down speculation linking the club with a move for Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho, insisting he is content with the wide options already available in his squad.
Speaking on the matter, Maresca made it clear he does not see the need to strengthen the flanks, expressing confidence in his current roster:
“I’m happy with what we have in this moment. On the right side, it is Pedro (Neto) and Noni (Madueke), on the left we have Jadon (Sancho). We had Misha (Mudryk) but he is not with us. Tyrique (George) is an option.”
With Mykhailo Mudryk unavailable, Maresca has highlighted Tyrique George as a possible alternative on the left flank, adding depth to a lineup that already features established stars like Sancho, Neto, and Madueke.
As the January transfer window continues, Chelsea supporters will be keen to see whether Maresca and the club’s sporting directors choose to explore further opportunities to strengthen the squad, even as the manager expresses satisfaction with his current wingers.
