Chelsea demand compensation from Everton from going against their agreement

Chelsea have reportedly requested compensation from Everton to recall forward Armando Broja from his loan spell, according to The Guardian.

The 23-year-old recently suffered an injury that will keep him sidelined for approximately three months. Everton, who have already utilised all four of their available loan slots, are eager to terminate the loan early to free up space for signing another striker.

Despite Broja’s limited impact during his loan stint—six appearances without any goal contributions—Chelsea are insisting on financial compensation before agreeing to his early return.

The negotiations highlight the complexities of loan deals and the financial implications for both clubs as they navigate their squad needs.
