Chelsea forward Cole Palmer shared a light-hearted moment with teammate Tosin Adarabioyo following the Blues’ commanding 5-0 victory over Morecambe in the FA Cup Third Round.

Adarabioyo was instrumental in the win, opening the scoring in the 39th minute with a deflected long-range strike and adding a superb third goal from outside the box after Christopher Nkunku doubled Chelsea’s lead. Joao Felix capped off the night with a brace to seal Chelsea’s spot in the next round.

After the match, Palmer posted a picture of Adarabioyo on social media, accompanied by the simple but hilarious caption: “Abdul.”

Interestingly, Adarabioyo’s full name is Abdul-Nasir Oluwatosin Oluwadoyinsolami Adarabioyo, giving context to Palmer’s cheeky nickname. The 26-year-old defender joined Chelsea last summer as a free agent after leaving Fulham.

Palmer’s humorous tribute highlights the camaraderie within the squad as Chelsea advance in the competition.
