Chelsea dropped points yet again, as the Blues played out a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday evening.

Jadon Sancho who gave an assist to Cole Palmer to score on the day, was very frustrated with the final result.

“It’s very annoying to not get the three points,” Jadon Sancho told BBC after Chelsea’s 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.

“You have to take your chances, and if you don’t, it’s never over. To concede that goal right at the end is very frustrating.”

Sancho was a standout performer on the day, delivering a brilliant assist for Cole Palmer’s opener and putting in an impressive shift both offensively and defensively.

Reflecting on his progress since joining Chelsea, Sancho added, “I’m very happy to be improving my football, and since day one here, I’ve felt good. The staff and players have welcomed me. I just have to show 100% on the pitch.”

Despite his individual efforts, Chelsea’s winless run in the Premier League has now stretched to four games. The Blues are clinging to their place in the top four, with Newcastle just one point behind and Manchester City within two points.

Sancho remains optimistic, emphasising the importance of learning from setbacks: “There’s still a long way to go this season. Today was frustrating, but we move on and learn from it.”

Chelsea will need to rediscover their winning form soon to maintain their position in the race for Champions League qualification.
