Mykhailo Mudryk, who is currently under provisional suspension following a positive doping test, was recently spotted in Saudi Arabia attending the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury boxing match.
When questioned about the trip, Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca voiced his support, stating, “In this moment it’s also good he can disconnect a little bit from the situation.”
Maresca added, “The last time I spoke with him, we tried to support him but in this moment we are waiting.”
Uncertainty lingers over when the results of Mudryk’s “B” sample test will be released. Should it also return positive, the winger could face a suspension of up to four years.
