Chelsea defender Axel Disasi has no intention of leaving the club in the January transfer window, despite being linked with Juventus and an unnamed German side.

The 26-year-old French international, who joined Chelsea in 2023 for £38.5 million from Monaco, remains committed to the Blues. Reports suggest that Disasi is content at Stamford Bridge and is not considering a move away.

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca is also not expected to entertain a departure for the versatile defender, given the club’s current defensive injury concerns. Maresca recently confirmed that Benoit Badiashile is out for “a long time,” while Wesley Fofana is sidelined until early 2025.

Disasi has played an important role for Chelsea this season, making 13 appearances across all competitions and even wearing the captain’s armband on five occasions. With five caps for France, his leadership and experience have been valuable assets for the team.

As January approaches, it appears Disasi will remain a key figure in Chelsea’s plans as they navigate a challenging campaign.
