Chelsea are reportedly open to loaning out English midfielders Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Carney Chukwuemeka during the January transfer window.

According to The Mirror, the Blues are willing to explore temporary exits for the duo to secure regular playing time.

Dewsbury-Hall, 26, joined Chelsea from Leicester City in the summer but has struggled to cement a starting role in Enzo Maresca’s squad. His former club, Leicester City, are keen on bringing him back, as reported by Football Insider.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Carney Chukwuemeka, who has shown flashes of potential, could also benefit from a loan move to gain more experience and develop his game further.

Chelsea’s willingness to sanction these loans reflects their strategy of maximising game time for players who are not regular starters, ensuring they continue their growth and remain valuable assets to the club.
