Jadon Sancho is rediscovering his best form at Chelsea, scoring in consecutive Premier League matches and playing a key role in the Blues’ impressive start to the season.
On loan from Manchester United, the England winger is beginning to showcase the quality that made him a stand out at Borussia Dortmund.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, Sancho shared insights into his resurgence and how manager Enzo Maresca is driving the team’s progress.
“I’ve been practising my shooting. I like to give my friends the glory in front of the camera, so I try to assist them as much as I can, but in training they’ve seen that I’ve got a nice shot, and I know I can shoot,” Sancho explained.
“I’ve just been practising that, and I’m happy that I’ve got the goal against Tottenham.”
Sancho’s work ethic and focus have been key to his turnaround. With the team sitting second in the Premier League table, he emphasised the importance of taking things one step at a time.
He also acknowledged that he is happy at Stamford Bridge.
“I’m just focused game by game and hopefully I can keep this moment up. I’m very happy, working hard for the team, and the main aim is getting the three points every week,” he added.
