After coming under scrutiny since separating from his partner, it seems Enzo Fernandez has now returned to form.

Enzo Fernandez started in midfield, and was given the licence to go higher up the pitch.

The Argentine superstar was at the right place to finish off a Cole Palmer assist for Chelsea’s second goal against Aston Villa.

Roy Keane who is known for being a tough pundit, was very impressed with what he saw from Enzo Fernandez.

“This is where you’ve got the quality. Fernandez, brilliant,” Keane said on Sky Sports while analysing Enzo’s strike.

“The first touch sets him up. The quality. Quick play with a one-two. I love it…

“His first touch is vital. His confidence is high after scoring last week. We know Palmer will pick you out.

“His first touch is key; that sets him up. It doesn’t give the defenders a chance to get near him. Brilliant, brilliant goal and well deserved.”

Fernandez has scored two goals and made five assists in his last four games.
