For Chelsea, Blues boss Enzo Maresca has hammered on the need for stability and longevity to achieve success.

Enzo Maresca pointed at the squads of Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool, as he explained his case.

“Arsenal is five years together, Man City more than eight years together, Liverpool is a bit different but they didn’t make many changes from the past,” Enzo Maresca said.
