Chelsea play host to Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, and three points separate the two sides.

Villa boss Unai Emery has hailed the job done by Enzo Maresca so far.

He said: “He did a fantastic job last year at Leicester and the opportunity he has now, he has been very good as well.”

Emery went on: “Of course, Chelsea is Chelsea, with the players they have and the club it is.”

Unai Emery emphasised the importance of Sunday’s game, and is hoping to close the gap with Chelsea.

“We started better than them, but now, Sunday is a very important match, how we can be closer to them,” Emery said.
