Chelsea’s win over Heidenheim cannot be spoken about without mentioning goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen.
Jorgensen produced an astonishing performance in Germany, as Chelsea went on to win the game 2-0.
To keep a clean sheet, Jorgensen made 11 saves, including an astonishing double stop when Chelsea still had a one-goal lead.
Speaking after the game, Jorgensen said: “We competed against a tough team, many long balls and very physical.
“They are a good team and we knew it would be a challenge.
“They are a team from the Bundesliga, so they play at a high level and you always expect them to be good. But I think we did well.
“I’m happy to have a clean sheet but the three points are the most important thing. So I’m very happy with that.”
Jorgensen also sent message to the Chelsea fans for their support.
He added: “I just want to say thank you very much. The whole team really appreciates it and the help that we get from them every away game! Everyone appreciates them coming here and helping us win today.”
