Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has hailed Cole Palmer who has continued his brilliance from last season to this season.

Rio Ferdinand has described 22-year-old playmaker Cole Palmer as ‘unstoppable’ and the key player who ‘makes Chelsea tick’.

According to Ferdinand, Cole Palmer does something special every game.

“Cole Palmer, every game I watch this guy, he does something that makes you go, ‘Oh, that wasn’t normal’,” Ferdinand said on his YouTube channel.

“He played a pass the other day, the weight of it, wraps it in… He’s the one that makes them tick. He opens games up for them all the time.”

Palmer has been in impressive form for Chelsea this season, scoring seven goals and providing five assists in 12 Premier League appearances.
