Romeo Lavia who has been a regular feature for Chelsea in recent games, may have to miss out on upcoming games for Chelsea.

For Enzo Maresca, he has selection headache ahead of the weekend, as Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo return to Chelsea less than 48 hours before the game.

Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo have just returned from South America, and there will be questions over their fitness ahead of facing Leicester City.

Enzo Maresca seems to have a solution to this problem.

“Renato [Veiga] did in some games but he also played 180 minutes with Portugal,” Enzo Maresca said when asked about other players who could play in midfield against Leicester.

“Cesare [Casadei] did very well but he also played both games with Italy U21s.

“The ones that are going to play are not going to be 100% because they are human beings. Hopefully we can find the right balance.”
