England recorded a 3-0 victory over Greece in the Nations League, with Noni Madueke putting in a good performance.
Noni Madueke started this game and was brilliant for the Three Lions, as he started back to back games during the international break.
The Chelsea winger assisted Ollie Watkins’ opening goal for the Three Lions, and was a threat throughout the game until he was subbed off after the hour mark.
Jude Bellingham was impressed with the display of Madueke, and was quick to praise the Chelsea man for his performance, taking to Madueke’s Instagram post to leave a one-word response.
Discussing England’s 3-0 win over Greece in the Nations League, Lee Carsley also praised Madueke.
He told reporters after the game: “We are moving in the right direction.
“I see the quality that the players have got.
“You’re now seeing it in terms of the younger ones, that they’re more than capable with the mentality and the quality that they’ve got to play in stages like tonight.
“There’s a lot of positives. Think about the two wide players, Anthony [Gordon] and Noni [Madueke], so attacking, so direct.”
